When we moved from Polesworth to Mancetter, it was very cold and snow covered the ground. We soon settled in making new friends. We became best friends with Pat and Eddy. The amount of very late nights,early mornings ,a lot of the time, we had or you had!!! Can't count them all. But we had some very good times there. Another, very funny time, was up at my mum's. You, Richard and david always went to the pub on a Sunday lunch time, George and Dragon, then after a few beers you would all come back for dinner. One sunday after the pub, you and David were messing around play fighting, pushing each other around. mum told you both off and she said to grow up( jokingly)and to sit down and behave. Well you both jumped on the settee together and it broke so no one else could use it. I don't know who laughed the most mum,or you and David. Louise and Charlotte thought it was funny, Dad being told off instead of them!!!! Sheila x
